Thousands of Robot Procurement Requests! Humanoid, Inspection, and Simulation Robots – Ready to Take Orders!

ROBOTECH 2026 Procurement Needs

Leveraging the precise supply‑demand matching platform of the 2026 Intelligent Robotics Expo (ROBOTECH) , we continuously gather real procurement requirements from across the embodied intelligence industry chain.

The following four projects are urgently seeking high‑quality products and solutions. We sincerely invite qualified suppliers with mature products and innovative capabilities to contact us and jointly advance project implementation.

*The following are only a selection of enterprise procurement needs. For more information, please contact the ROBOTECH project team.

Procurement Project 1

Buyer: A certain company

Product Required: Wheeled humanoid collaborative robot

Requirements:

1.      Upper‑body humanoid structure, dual‑arm rated load > 30 kg;

2.      Equipped with a wheeled mobile chassis;

3.      Available for immediate delivery (ex‑stock).

Procurement Project 2

Buyer: Belgian & Dutch Campuses

Product Required: 1,000 units of intelligent bread‑making robots

Project Details:

一、 The demand for intelligent upgrade of campus catering in Europe continues to grow, with strong demand for standardized, unmanned food equipment. This procurement leverages well‑established local campus channel resources, starting with the batch deployment of intelligent bread‑dispensing equipment. Once product selection and validation are completed, large‑scale procurement will be initiated, with vast market potential across Europe.

二、 Core Procurement Requirements

1.      Application Scenarios: Deployed in campus canteens and self‑service areas in Belgium and the Netherlands, providing convenient and efficient self‑service bread meals for students and staff, suitable for high‑frequency, routine campus operations.

2.      Product Requirements: Seeking intelligent bread‑making robots (fully automatic bread production / intelligent meal‑dispensing equipment) that can reliably complete the entire process of standardized bread output and self‑service collection. Suppliers must provide multiple models and complete core specification data for preliminary evaluation of functionality, dimensions, and adaptability.

3.      Procurement Volume: After successful selection evaluation, the procurement volume shall be no less than 1,000 units; subsequent follow‑on bulk orders will be placed as campus outlets expand.

4.      Compliance and Adaptation: Products must comply with EU food contact safety standards and electrical safety regulations, be adapted to local European electrical standards and maintenance environments, and those with relevant compliance certifications are preferred.

Procurement Project 3

Buyer: A certain academy/institution

Product Required: Industrial simulation IoT robot integrated system for university research projects

Requirements:

1.      The institution's existing robots and industrial robotic arms need to be integrated into a complete IoT simulation training scenario;

2.      Integration of physical execution devices such as industrial buttons, switches, and operating handles;

3.      The robot must be capable of automatically operating various IoT hardware and collecting real‑time equipment operation data: switch status, rotation angles, operating force, etc.;

4.      Equipped with a visual data backend that displays, stores, and exports full‑process operation data in real time, meeting teaching/training and research/development needs.

Procurement Project 4

Buyer: A certain industrial park

Product Required: Park vehicle inspection robots / robot dogs (to replace manual security guards)

Requirements:

1.      Autonomous vehicle‑surrounding inspection, automatically capturing images and videos of the vehicle trunk and rear cabin;

2.      Identify and inspect whether there are prohibited items (non‑release‑note goods) in the trunk;

3.      Inspection audio and video are networked in real time, automatically uploaded to a cloud management platform, with support for playback and archiving;

4.      The complete machine shall feature high‑end industrial design with a refined, high‑quality exterior finish.
