June 2026 Embodied AI Funding Report: 30 Companies Raise Approximately 17.8 Billion RMB

According to incomplete statistics from publicly disclosed information compiled by "Embodied Artificial Intelligence", in June 2026, a total of 30 domestic embodied intelligent robot companies received funding, with the total disclosed financing amount reaching approximately 17.8 billion RMB.

In June, ZhiPingFang (Zhipu Intelligent) topped the funding chart with a single-round raise of 5 billion RMB, and together with Ziyoubian (Free Variable) Robotics, saw their valuations both surpass 20 billion RMB.

Guanglun Intelligent and two other companies surpassed the 10-billion-RMB valuation mark, joining the "10-Billion-Valuation Club." Additionally, Kunlun Xing Robotics and two other companies achieved valuations exceeding $1 billion, becoming unicorn enterprises.

Compared to previous periods, the number of funding events rebounded this month; the financing amount increased significantly, with head enterprises once again demonstrating formidable capital-raising capabilities:

Month-on-Month (June 2026 vs. May 2026):

  • Number of events: 30 vs. 24, a 25% increase.

  • Financing amount: ~17.8 billion vs. ~4 billion RMB, a 345% increase.

Key June 2026 Funding Highlights:

Summary

This month's embodied intelligence robotics funding landscape was highlighted by mega-rounds: ZhiPingFang's 5-billion-RMB Series C and Qianxun Intelligence's 1.5-billion-RMB Series A+ led the pack, with 11 companies securing 1-billion-RMB-level financing. Mid-tier projects ranged from several hundred million to over 1 billion RMB, indicating capital concentration toward mature, leading enterprises and intensifying industry differentiation.

From the perspective of funding rounds, this month's financing spanned the full spectrum—from seed and angel rounds through Pre-A, A, B, B++, to Series C—covering the entire journey from startup to scaled mass production.

From the investor perspective, state-owned capital and strategic industrial investors remained the primary funding sources. State capital systems, along with internet and industrial players including Xiaomi, JD.com, and Ant Group, made frequent investments; tier-one USD and RMB funds reinforced long-term commitments.

The stated use of proceeds across companies showed a highly consistent pattern: funds were primarily directed toward R&D iteration, data infrastructure, capacity expansion, and scaled commercial deployment in real scenarios—signaling the industry's transition from concept R&D to mass production realization.
